Un taller para aprender a degustar aceite puro de oliva en Ammán

El Instituto Cervantes de Ammán, en colaboración con la Fundación Española para la Ciencia y la Tecnología (FECYT), han organizado un taller y cata «Aceite de oliva español, cultura, ciencia y gastronomía», que correrá a cargo del catador Santiago Botas y del doctor Antonio García Ríos, el próximo lunes día 27 a las 18.30 horas.
La charla tiene como propósito dar a conocer los valores nutricionales, propiedades saludables y herencia cultural que representa el consumo del aceite de oliva en España. Asimismo se tratarán aspectos relativos a las innovaciones científicas y tecnológicas aplicadas a la producción agrícola, envasado y variedades regionales.

 

Durante la cata de cortesía de aceite de oliva español que se ofrecerá a los presentes, se seguirán los mismos pasos analíticos que se suceden con otros productos líquidos para su análisis y degustación: visual, olfativa, gustativa, táctil, de equilibrio y harmonía.

يتشرف معهد ثِربانتِس بعمان، بالتعاون مع المؤسسة الإسبانية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا   (FECYT)   بدعوتكم لحضور محاضرة وورشة عمل تذوق لزيت الزيتون بعنوان «زيت الزيتون الإسباني: ثقافة وعلم وفن طعام»، وذلك بمشاركة الخبير الإسباني بتذوق زيت الزيتون، سانتياغو بوتاس، والدكتور أنتونيو غارثيا ريوس، يوم الاثنين المقبل، 27 شباط، الساعة 6,30 مساءً في مقر معهد ثِربانتِس بعمان.

تهدف المحاضرة إلى عرض القيم الغذائية والصحية والتراث   الثقافي المتمثل في استهلاك زيت الزيتون في إسبانيا. وستتناول الورشة أيضاً الجوانب   المرتبطة بالابتكارات العلمية والتكنولوجية التي يتم تطبيقها على الانتاج الزراعي،   وعلى طرق تعبئة زيت الزيتون وأصنافه الاقليمية.

أما عملية تذوق زيت الزيتون  الإسباني التي ستُقدم مجاناً للجمهور المشارك، فتشمل المراحل المختصة التالية: عملية شم وبصر وذوق ولمس وتوازن وانسجام

The Instituto Cervantes in Amman, in collaboration with the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT), cordially invites you to the workshop and tasting «Spanish Olive Oil: culture, science and gastronomy» on next Monday 27th of February, at 6.30 pm.
Conducted by the professional olive oil taster Santiago Botas and the Doctor Antonio García Ríos, there will be an introduction to the nutritional values, health claims and cultural heritage represented by the consumption of olive oil in Spain. Aspects related to scientific and technological innovation applied to the agricultural production, packing and regional varieties of olive oil, will be also addressed.

A complimentary testing session will follow the same analytic steps applied in tasting other liquids for their analysis and tasting: visual, olfactory, taste, touch, balance and harmony.
